Website and branding for a wellness coach offering Nonviolent Communication coaching and workplace well-being services. I created a website and brand identity that supports the client's goal of promoting open and empathetic interaction. The project also included a text logo and a PowerPoint presentation template.

The newly established company needed a website that conveyed professionalism and optimism
The client wanted a beautiful, clear, and approachable website that would raise awareness of Nonviolent Communication (NVC). The challenge was creating a cohesive imaginery using stock images. To achieve the best result, we fine-tuned the image selections together, in line with the client's preferences.

LOGO DESIGN
A modern and minimalist logo that fosters trust
The soft and inviting typography creates a friendly and approachable impression. The logo conveys clarity, honesty, and connection - values that are main principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC), as well as the client's brand.


CUSTOM WORDPRESS WEBSITE
From chaos to clarity - how the website design uses nature to navigate emotions
The nature-themed videos and photographs featured prominently on the website support the company’s message and serve as a pathway on our journey towards a better understanding of the impact of emotions on communication.
The landing page video with waves crashing against cliffs, reflects the turbulent emotions within us, while the calm water at the end of the page symbolizes the peace we achieve when we learn to express our emotions in a way that makes us feel heard.


COLORS & TYPOGRAPHY
The depth of the colors and the clarity of the typography create a balanced and distinctive brand identity
The color palette reflects the variation of emotions and the pursuit of balance. Navy blue brings stability, lavender evokes gentleness, sunshine yellow represents joy, and light tones symbolize safety. The subdued and straightforward sans-serif typeface complements themes of emotions and interaction, embodying the brand’s values—openness, presence, and clarity. The font's clear structure also ensures good readability across different devices, enhancing the website's accessibility and user-friendliness.

The client's guiding preference for the color scheme, which I respected in the creation of the color palette.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
PowerPoint presentation template
The client wished for a presentation template that aligns with the brand identity, and that they could customize in Canva's free version and present in both PowerPoint and Google Slides. Since Canva's free version does not support uploading custom fonts, I sourced a free license alternative font to maintain a consistent look across all platforms.
